Servicios de mecanizado CNC

Turn your drawing into a CNC machining plan built around the actual part requirements. We support metal and plastic components from rapid prototypes and one-piece orders to low- and medium-volume production, using CNC milling, torneado, 5-axis machining, and Swiss turning where each process fits the geometry.

Send us your drawing or 3D model together with the material, critical tolerances, acabado, inspection criteria, cantidad, and target schedule. We will review the complete requirement and prepare a project-specific quotation with a realistic process and delivery assessment.

Process Selection

CNC Machining Options for Different Part Requirements

CNC process selection starts with the part. Features, part shape, material, dimensiones críticas, surface requirements, cantidad, and inspection criteria all affect the recommended approach.

Fresado CNC

CNC milling is commonly considered for prismatic parts and components with machined faces, pockets, slots, agujeros, profiles, and features at different orientations.

  • Identify critical datums and mating surfaces.
  • Show thread, tool-access and edge requirements.
  • Flag features across several faces for 5-axis review.

Torneado CNC

CNC turning is commonly considered for round or rotational parts such as shafts, pins, bushings, sleeves, and components with concentric diameters.

  • Define diameter, bore and shoulder relationships.
  • Include grooves, threads and runout requirements.
  • Flag secondary milled features in the drawing.

5-Mecanizado CNC de ejes

We provide 5-axis CNC machining for projects that require evaluation of complex geometry or features across multiple faces. Tool access, sujeción, datum strategy, tolerance relationships, and inspection needs determine the route.

Swiss Turning

We provide Swiss turning services for suitable turned-part requirements. Share the material, part length and diameters, critical features, cantidad, tolerancia, and acceptance criteria for a complete review.

Complete Specification

Match Material and Finish to the Machining Plan

Material condition and finishing requirements can change cutting strategy, stability, dimensional allowance, protected areas, and the point at which a feature is accepted.

Material input

Metals and Engineering Plastics

Metals: aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, copper, bronze, and titanium.

Engineering plastics: POM / acetal, nylon, polycarbonate, ABS, PTFE, and PMMA / acrylic.

Define the grade, temper or condition, certification requirements, and substitution restrictions. Specific grades and suitability are reviewed for each project.

Finish input

Secondary Process Requirements

Options can include anodizing, hard anodizing, chemical conversion coating, blasting, polishing, brushing, passivation, galvanizado, powder coating, painting, and heat treatment.

Specify color, texture, coating standard, masking areas, appearance criteria, and any threads, fits, contact areas, superficies de sellado, or cosmetic faces that need protection.

Machining Logic

Plan the Features That Drive the CNC Route

The most important machining questions often sit between dimensions. Clear functional relationships help the machining and inspection plans work from the same requirement.

Datums, Setups, and Feature Relationships

Identify functional datums and features that must be controlled in the same setup. Flag thin walls, deep pockets, long overhangs, interrupted cuts, small internal radii, and surfaces that require protection.

Tolerances Where Function Matters

General CNC machining tolerance is ±0.01 mm. Actual achievable tolerances depend on geometry, material, process, feature relationships, and inspection method. Final requirements are confirmed against the drawing and order.

Function Before Blanket Precision

Apply tighter controls where fit, motion, sellado, alignment, or assembly requires them. Show shared datums and cross-setup relationships clearly so they can be reviewed together.

Acceptance Planning

Connect CNC Features to Acceptance Requirements

Inspection planning should follow the features that drive machining decisions. Positional relationships, concentric diameters, mating faces, roscas, and finished interfaces may each require a different verification approach.

If anodizing, galvanizado, tratamiento térmico, or another secondary process changes a feature, define whether acceptance applies before or after finishing.

Match the CNC Route to Your Project Stage

The same geometry can call for different planning priorities as a project moves from a first component to repeat quantities.

Prototype / one piece

Prove the Required Part

Orders can start from one piece. The review concentrates on geometry, material, ajuste, and functional features. State at the beginning if the prototype must represent production material or finishing.

Prototype quotation target

We aim to provide quotations for all prototype projects within 24 hours. The actual quotation timeline will be determined after reviewing factors such as part complexity, cantidad, and processing requirements, and we will let you know the expected timing in advance.

Low / medium volume

Plan for Repeat Requirements

For repeat quantities, process planning also considers setup consistency, inspection frequency, finishing flow, and features that affect repeatability.

  • Capacity and schedule are evaluated for the specific part, process, and quantity.
  • Production lead time is confirmed during quotation or order review.
  • We generally quote FOB Shenzhen.

CNC Process Selection Questions

Use these questions to prepare a clearer drawing package and choose the right process review.

How do I decide between CNC milling and CNC turning?

Start with the dominant geometry. Parts defined mainly by faces, pockets, slots, agujeros, and profiles are commonly evaluated for milling. Parts defined mainly by concentric diameters, bores, shoulders, grooves, and threads are commonly evaluated for turning. Mixed geometry may call for secondary operations or a combined route.

When should 5-axis CNC machining be evaluated?

Consider a 5-axis review when important features sit across multiple faces, tool access is restricted, or datum relationships become difficult to maintain through repeated repositioning. The route is selected only when it supports the geometry, sujeción, tolerance relationships, and inspection plan.

Which parts are candidates for Swiss turning?

Swiss turning can suit small or slender rotational parts whose length-to-diameter relationship, feature layout, cantidad, and tolerance requirements support that process. Secondary features, material behavior, and inspection access can change the preferred route.

Why do datum relationships matter to CNC planning?

Datums define how critical features relate to one another. When related features are split across setups, the machining and inspection plan must account for how those relationships will be maintained and verified.

Should finishing requirements be included before quotation?

Sí. Finishing can affect masking, edge condition, dimensional allowance, surface appearance, and the stage at which a feature is accepted. Specify the finish, controlled surfaces, cosmetic criteria, and whether dimensions apply before or after finishing.
